Hello,

I have requested payment for a previous job and it was ok. Now it says inactive escrow and all info is uploaded. I can't get paid. Hey and dont give me that lame copy paste reply you give to everyone about "thank you for your comment and ticket and bla bla!" you take soo much money from our income at least give some real and fast help. ACTIVATE my account NOW

  Thank you for your message.

  Once you have completed the agreed work on the Hourlie to receive payment you just need to raise an invoice to ask the Buyer to release the deposit funds from Escrow and pay any remaining balance.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  Your invoice will appear on the workstream and your buyer will be notified by email and is asked to pay your invoice within 7 days.
