How long does it take for my payment to be approved?
We know it is important for you to know when you will get your money. Here are the steps involved.
Once you, the Freelancer, has raised an invoice it is then passed to the Buyer for review and approval and payment/release of funds. Buyers are reminded to pay invoices raised to them within the 7 days payment terms on PPH.
The paid invoice then undergoes automated security checks. During this time your invoice status will show as "Pending". In the majority of cases this processing takes just minutes or at peak times just a few hours, however, in case extra security checks are needed it may take up to 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays).
Once the funds are released to your PPH Account they can be withdrawn; the time it takes for your funds to reach your account varies, please see below.
Withdrawing money from your PeoplePerHour User Account
When you have funds in your PeoplePerHour User Account you can choose to withdraw them to your bank account, to your PayPal account or Payoneer account.
Withdrawals are each working day Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
Our Payment Team processes our payment daily, before 12 PM UK Time.
