Does Anyone Have Experience With TalentDesk.io (PPH Sister Company)
I'm interested to know if as a PPH freelancer I need to register an account also in TalentDesk.io. Does anyone have any experience with this platform?
I'm already waiting for the answer from PPH Support and from TalentDesk.io for this simple question for almost 1.5 months! :-(
PPH Support advised me to contact TalentDesk.io directly with this concern. TalentDesk.io Support has never responded to my inquiry nor to the follow-up I sent (via support@talentdesk.io). Also PPH Support for the past 2 weeks do not answer any follow-ups I made. Very bad Customer Support experience to such a simple question.
Just to elaborate, somewhere in August I opted-in through PPH Account Settings to receive communication from TalentDesk.io, then on the 13th of September, I was notified by PPH system via email that my "profile has garnered the attention of a Client". I waited for the expected TalentDesk.io invitation which has never arrived.

I'm very much puzzled whether I need to register an account in TalentDesk.io or I'm already part of that platform because I've already gave my consent to appear over there.
There is not a lot of information about TalentDesk.io for PPH freelancers other than this news post which does not supply the answer to my question. If any PPH Content people see this post, can you please update the information and answer my question?

Sorry that you've not received a response from the TalentDesk customer service team. To give you slightly more background, TalentDesk is our sister company which is a freelancer management system, usually for companies managing a large number of freelancers. Occasionally they may be looking for new freelance talent, which is why we give these clients the opportunity to invite freelancers from PeoplePerHour to join TalentDesk.
If you haven't been invited by a client to join TalentDesk, then there isn't anything you need to do. You'll be notified via email if someone does invite you, and that will include a link to sign up. In the meantime, you can continue to use PeoplePerHour as normal.

Thank you for getting back to me with an explanation and an answer to my question. I understood what you are saying. The problem is that the PPH email notification I received has already declared that I'm going to receive an email from TalentDesk because there is a TalentDesk client who is interested in my service, however to-date I've never received from TalentDesk any email whatsoever (I closely monitored my junk mail).
In PPH Settings under the TalentDesk tab, it is showing that TalentDesk has already contacted me on the 13th of September but as I've already mentioned, I've never received from them any communication whatsoever. The only notification came from PPH. Please see below the screen shot from my PPH Settings (framed in red):

Obviously there is some possible error here as no email was sent to me from TalentDesk. Since I cannot reach TalentDesk Support via email, can you please advise what should I do next about this matter? Maybe you can check it with them on my behalf?
