How Can I reapply after three months or more after rejection?

It was 2020, faced rejection.

But now I want to reapply the application. what is the process? Please do not share anyone post where no valid reply.

 

I attached the image when I falied, so THE three months later reapply process want to know, will anyone please help me about that?
