How to opt for a Refund

Really a big task to get the refund from here, It's not at all user friendly.  I hired a person for the project and he was not able to complete the task and asked me to get the refund, Thats it? Now i need to go through all the process for how many days !!! To Get the amount back.

  To raise your refund request, please click on the option Request Refund. It is right above the box where you type your messages to the freelancer under your mutual workstream.
