How to know a fraud ?

Hi there,

How can I know a fraud? If the client doesn't send details on a message and for more details he asks to contact him through telegram. Is it safe?

  Nancy someone copied my offer content - I told them to remove it for copyright where they messaged be back demanding $1000 dollars to do so. The account location was originally the USA then changed to Egypt.

  Cheeky beggars.  There's too many of these criminals everywhere now.  I hope you report it - get these scammers off this site.

  I am reporting continually - there are too many it really needs to be tackled the fake profiles

  It's incredible that PPH seem incapable of stopping them. I've just been targetted by the same person with a different account the following day. What security measures are in place to prevent this?
