Paid for a service but can’t contact seller

I am new to this and have tried to contact a reputable seller but every time I tried to message it was blocked. I then get sent an email telling me I’ve been reported for spam!!! I then purchased a product and now can’t contact the seller! What on earth is going on????!!!!
