PPH Support Team not responding since 5 days
I send a request to the support team 7 days ago regarding the change of my PPH profile name. But they are not giving any response for the last 5 days and my problem is not resolved.

Note that since a support ticket was not being responded to I opened a new support ticket to resolve my issue, but it was marked as automatically resolved.

Hi there,
We can see your ticket in the system and that you've been in touch a few times on the same query. Due to how our ticket system works, this has unfortunately delayed our response to you - sorry about that. This is because tickets are sorted based on the date of a customer's last reply which has pushed your query to the back of the queue.
