    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. We can see your ticket in the system and a member of the team has provided more info. The location of the PPH account always matches the login IP address. The only way for the location to change is when a user logs in from another location or if she/he logs in through a VPN.
    In order for us to change your PPH account location, we will kindly request Proof of Address under your name.
