WorkStream was moderated

I tried to contact the freelancer to ask if they can also do US aside from UK PPC packages and I saw my workstream got moderated. 

I bought the freelancer's PPC package but I cannot send any message to the freelancer.

Im not sure what I violated per the message: Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
