Refund Issue

Hi, 

I need help related to the refund policy I'm new to this platform and mistakenly i send the DEPOSIT REQUEST to a client instead of the RAISE INVOICE and client accept the deposit request and please let me know how I can return him half payment. 

Is this affect on my statictis? Also, i filled out my taxation form and added my payment method but not getting the RAISE INVOICE option.

I really appreciate it if anybody guides me
