I can't change my description

I was informed by email that my account didn't have enough details about what I do. Even if it's pretty clear and written black on white that I'm a translators, it's supposedly not enough! And now I can't even change my description! I'm two inches away from just deleting this thing. So frustrating. Hope you guys fix it A.S.A.P.
