What's happening with PPH support?
I've raised a ticket 9 days ago which they quickly closed with no communication. I reopened the ticket, only for them to do the same again.
Is anyone else having this issue?
The problem I'm trying to resolve is that my video thumbnails aren't displaying on my profile or in the search results (shows as a 'broken' image).
I first raised this problem a whole year ago (and that ticket is still open with no resolution).
