where is request refund button

    Hi there, thanks for your message, and sorry to hear you're having some trouble.

    You can request a refund by clicking the relevant button above the box where you type messages. Please use the desktop version in order to locate the refund button as it is not visible through the App. I have also attached a screenshot so you can easily locate where the button is.
     
    You can also add “Other” as a reason when requesting a refund so that the Freelancer’s Profile will not be negatively affected. The request will be reviewed by the appropriate department within 3 working days. Please note that the workstream will remain blocked during the review process. You will be informed via a notification email and through the stream as well.
