Unpaid invoice
Hey. So my issue is my buyer has paid the invoice and i can see that on my app i have also the proof for paid invoice that is showing on my app but i could not see any new payment when i log in from web it shows unpaid invoice on the web and i cannot even see buyers chat history in inbox and the status for invoice is pending but buyer said i have paid. Kindly help

Kindly note that as per our T&C's section 3, once the project is completed, the relevant evidence needs to be uploaded on the stream, without this, the payment can't be processed.Best wishes,
