    It is still a problem now.
    Tried multiple times, including different browsers and different devices.

    PPH UX just gets worse and worse all of the time.

    This is not a good sign.

    * Technical problems

    * No answer from support

    * Delayed messages coming from buyers.

    Something is wrong.

    Hi Kelly,

    No, it has not been solved it has been "passed to the developers team" as of last night, but the issue remains the same as of today and the client is not happy about it as he is currently losing business on his store due to an error on this site preventing the work from going ahead.

    Regards,

    Jamie

    Hi, I'm a client who posted a job.  I've specified where I'd be happy to have the job done (only due to the total loss of time and complete lack of understanding from someone who initially did my site through what I thought was a UK company, but who actually was in India).  I've been totally overwhelmed (not in the good sense) by proposals, emails, phone calls, harassment from people wanting to do the job I quoted on the jobs board.  I've had literally thousands.  Which on one side could be great, except none are from the UK (which I asked for).  Most did not read the job spec, I asked ONLY for an expert in a certain system, with previous sites done to verify, but NONE had this.  What a total waste of my time!  I won't be using the site again.  Now I just need this job taken down, as almost 6 months on I'm still getting min 5 times a day, contact via linkedin, facebook messenger, private phone calls from India, emails, it's a nightmare!  HOW DO I TAKE THE JOB DOWN!!!???

    Oh and I found a local guy who's not only sorted the issues out, but redone my site from scratch totally solving everything, who speaks English (honestly no problem with any other nationalities, I lived 24 years abroad, but when it comes to understanding what I need with an 8 hour time delay to boot, it's very frustrating) and who actually is passionate about my project, making suggestions for the writing/images that has really helped me on the SEO side.  He's been a darn amazing find!  Oh and he's charged me: for SSL certificate, SEO/google ad words, New site, Social media posts (5 a day), less than ANYONE else here quoted for just fixing a small issue.  So pleased I went private!

    How do I take a job down, as I've offered it to someone from another site. For now,  I'm going to unsubscribe to the emails.
