PPH Won't pay me my money and won't answer my messages

How about "giving away" money paid by customers, to freelancers?
You have not approved my bank account - despite me sending you a screen shot of the statement page, showing all necessary details.
I added my Paypal account and a screen shot of that - you sent me a verification email. When I clicked it, it sent me to a page marked OOPS!
I sent you a screen shot of that, and a complaint - you have not replied. I still can't withdraw the money my customer has paid me. YOU have MY money and YOU do NOTHING.
I have now sent you 20 messages - got no reply and you STILL keep MY MONEY.
Give me my money NOW and stop being so lazy and useless! There are loads of really brilliant freelancers on your website, who could run PPH far better than the lazy idiots you currently have ruining it. Employ some of them! but above all - GIVE ME MY MONEY!
