Proof of work completed
Today I invoiced a job, got a rave review from the client and he paid the bill. Invoice is at pending.
I talk to support, and am told that the payments people might not process it because of 'lack of proof' I've done the job.
So, the client's review and them paying the bill don't constitute proof?
I uploaded a screenshot - the work was to do with a server based application that was broken and required no additional software delivery from me - and was told that this would probably do the trick.
Sorry, but this is ridiculous.
I would expect that you take the written statement and the paid bill as indication that the client is happy?
PPH seems to be getting less seller friendly by the day, I'm afraid.

Hello!
I've got the same problem too. I completed a job, client gave me a positive feedback and made the payment. But my invoice is not approved because "PPH ADMIN - Seller, please provide some proof (screenshot, pictures, attachments, etc.) of the delivered work via the workstream before raising a new invoice".
Can you help me out? How can I provide some proof? I just have the conversation with the client and both of us are satisfied with the work.
thank you very much.
