declining visa debit card

hello,

i have the same problem i have a visa debit card anytime i try to make payment after entering all my details and proceeding it take my back to the payment options point. am i doing something wrong or it declining my card. i have been using PPH for some time now all my payments go through. Please i need help i have to pay some people ASAP. or do i need to verify my account? and how do i do that?

  I am still unable to go through with my payment with my visa card from Ghana. My visa card ending with 8397 still takes me back to the choosing of payment method when ever i try to make a paymrnt. Please help me try amd resolve this issue. I dont want to keep my freelancers waiting.

  I have also tried using different debit cards from different banks but it still takes me back to the select payment options after trying to process my card.
  Pls help its urgent.
