Buyer not paying me help

a buyer just bought my hourlie and gave me work to do ( calligraphy name design) after i finished the work he just wanted me to design a logo design not a name and that was not the deal because my Hourlie title says name design not logo and he said when he first talk to me '' design my name ''  i have proof of our conversation  and the deal was to design his name and now he is not replying my messages and ignoring me after he took what he wanted so i ask fo a justice please.
