Refund Fee is deducted even if the seller cannot deliver

We ordered a job “VIP guest post on Forbes FLAT PRICE” for 795GBP and the freelancer confirms it on the same day. Almost 6 weeks later, the freelancer tells us he cannot do the job without any given reason?. The Freelancer has asked us to cancel the job which we did and now PPH charged us a £79,50 refund fee? WTF is wrong with this platform? I mean we have the problems and losing time because I trusted PPH that they offer accurate and reliable quotes.

I'll also make sure I spread how bad this site is unfair charges from pph and a bunch of amateurs who cannot do anything properly. This site is absolutely different compared to Upwork or other professional freelancer service sites where I never run into that problems.

It’s also an absolutely lie, if pph state: “Money Protection Guarantee” Job done or your money back... The reality is: Job is not done and you lose 10% for nothing.

Absolutely disgusting from PPH.

  I have the same issue when freelancer cannot deliver and doesn't have the knowledge/experience they claimed they did
  
  I deposited into escrow account yet you've already deducted your fees!
  
  How do I get ALL my money back?
