application doesn’t meet the requirements

I have received a letter that my application didn't met youre requirements. Would you please answear me what were my mistakes and how can I correct them.

You're letter:

Thanks again for submitting your application. After a close review by our team, we’ve determined that we cannot accept your application as it doesn’t meet our requirements.
