Using PPH funds to pre-fund posted job

 I have deposited funds in my PPH account, how do I move them into escrow to pre-fund a posted job?  Every time I click pre-fund job it asks for a new deposit.

I have established they can be used to pay a deposit requested by the seller in their proposal, just not worked out how to pre-fund a job using them
