Who am I invoicing?

 I am a seller, registered on PPH with a Romanian company, with an International VAT number.

I took the invoices from PPH to my accountant, but they don't show for who I raised the invoices. In order for VAT to be deduced between countries, she needs to know who my client actually is; otherwise, I cannot declare the incomes.

Also, there's the question of the PPH fees. Although I receive less than written on the invoice, I need to pay taxes for everything that's been invoiced.

Is there a way to generate an invoice that also states the fees involved with a minus sign in front?

Otherwise, I would at least need to know what company I am actually invoicing, and I'll do the invoice myself, with the sum that I'm actually getting.
