social media followers hourlies

Right so i'm looking for an hourlie to help boost traffic of followers to my social media accounts. I contacted one seller and all seemed good. Advertised
"HQ 100% real accounts " only to later discover he spammed my social media account with fake and spam profiles from the middle east & asia. When i messaged him voicing my concerns he replies with - " sure, we'll try our best to send you real followers" i was shocked so i asked him to specify what he meant originally when he said HQ! (high quality)...i was ignored and although he delivered...he proceeded to remove the accounts so i requested a refund.

since then before i purchase i message the seller to ask them to specify exactly what they mean and what assurances i have?

so far i've been ignored by all of them.

has anyone else...genuine...had similar problems? are these hourlies absolute BS and why the hell are they allowed
