My Client owes me $320, but it says I can't raise a dispute now that they refuse to pay.
I have a client that hired me to do a job at $40/hr. There was no issue with the service until I raised an invoice and now they refuse to pay. It says I can't raise a dispute during qualifying period. What does this mean?

Same issue with a really really bad client, the type that is no good for this community!
He is the snakey/seedy type that likes to try to play daft and blame things on other people.
This needs looking into urgently as this type of behavior shouldn't be allowed. I used to love this site, but it seems to be getting worse and worse...
