How to send completed website

Hi,

This is just a general question. When a website has been completed, what is the typical method of sending to the buyer? For example, if I sell a 5 page WordPress site for a fixed price, and the Buyer wants to go ahead with it, would I have to host this site or would the website files be sent to the Buyer to host?

Sorry if the answer to this is obvious, and thank you to anyone who responds :)
