I ordered a job but received such a message:

Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached Chris's Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just Contact us

 

I paid for the job and want it to be finished. Can you be so nice and let us finish what we started?
