Clarification Board

Hi Guys

Asking a question on the clarification board is close to pointless given how quickly projects sometimes progress and how long it takes for questions to be manually approved.

I understand why you do this but manually reviewing each post is not a workable solution. It would make more sense to have an automated filter (for obvious stuff) and post the question immediately. Then all of the questions can still be manually reviewed but questions that are problematic can be removed. (I believe this is what you used to do?)

Perhaps another option is that users who have been using your service for years and have multiple repeat clients are instantly approved.

This does not help the people who post jobs either, as the better workers tend to be less cavalier and are likely to ask questions which will often not be seen until the job has already been awarded to someone who just threw a bid out there.
