Cannot click on FB link to complete my profile

Hi there,

I deleted my old profile and created a new one. However, I cannot complete the application form. When I click on connect to LinkedIn and Facebook it won't connect. So I can't click on "continue" to the next stage. I have raised a ticket about this before but did not receive a satisfactory answer. Please help!
