Strange bug with message
Hi there, I find bug: I get notification about new message, also I see start of it in All workstream popup, but I don't see it general chat with client. I have screenshots, but not sure it should be posted here.

Thank you for your message, I can see your issue is resolved now as per the message below.
We kindly apologise for the startling message you received and we can assure you that your profile has not been pushed down.
The email you received is regarding a change we are making related to the response time, something that already exists and is very important because it also affects your CERT score, but it has not been implemented yet.
The whole idea behind this is for sellers to reply to buyers, even if it is to tell them that they are not interested, within 24 hours which will also help sellers improve their response time and hence their CERT score.
This is only for first contact messages and not all messages in general, e.g. in ongoing workstreams. If a seller does not respond within 24 hours then their profile will be pushed down in the Freelancers listings but if within those 2 weeks they do this again they will not be penalised again, only after the 2 weeks have gone. The profile will be restored to its natural rank automatically after 14 days.
Once again we apologise for alarming you when this has not yet been implemented and we can assure you that your profile has not been pushed down.
