BANK ACCOUNT PENDING

 Hi,

I have submitted all the data needed and my bank status is still showing pending. I can not work if my bank account has not being approved. How long does it take for this to be resolved.

It takes too long for this to be approved, please look into this matter. By the look on your blog A LOT OF users have exactly the same problem.

Can you pleas address this in the matter of urgency.

  We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments page to verify your account. You still need to provide the documents listed below.

  1. Personal Identification:
     • A copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

  2. Address Verification:
     • A copy of a recent utility bill or Bank Statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)

  It stated only the bank statement and I have uploaded that one. I have uploaded my ID card now.

  Hi,

   

  I can not add the document now (my ID card). Can you please help with this. When I go back to the bank details and click view the system does not allow me to add files?
