We have clients and sellers on PPH.

Some clients who only comes for looking one service.

some clients for long term work.

some client having good ratings form sellers. some are not.

some client does not have any ratings.

It would be grate if PPH can  give a wight to client ratings when deciding sellers CERT rating. otherwise as in my example a client who doesn't have any rating can harm to a CERT5 sellers profile form 1 comment.

client can create new account and buy. but sellers cannot.Seller are the one who paid for PPH to your service. destroying sellers profile from client profile who doesn't have any rating or bad rating is not a good thing :)

  When buyers decline a proposal, it would be good for them to select a reason that would be passed back to the vendor.
