Buyers MUST read ALL proposal and give reason for turning down proposals before being able to award jobs.
There is nothing more infuriating than spending your time writing a professional, tailored proposal for a buyer to read, to then find out the buyer has either read your proposal and awarded the job to someone else, or NOT read your proposal and awarded the job to someone else, WITHOUT replying to you to say sorry and give reason to why a sellers proposal was turned down.
Us sellers spend the time writing these proposal in the hope that we will win the job. Therefore buyers should take the time to read every proposal for the job they have posted, reply to every proposal and then be able to award the job to which ever seller suits them best, it's called RESPECT!
