  when I try to send a proposal to any offer, it shows below msg.

  Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all Freelancer actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours.

  I have the same problem with my account. I got the message "Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all Freelancer actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours."
