Funds not received in bank account
Hello
I made a withdrawal request to transfer funds to two bank accounts. Both were confirmed by email that the transactions have taken place.
This was on the 13/01/2017 and three days later on the 16/01/2017 neither bank is showing the funds.
Please enlighten me on the situation. This is an urgent matter. This is in relation to Invoice #1401895-3
