My payoneer account is still pending

Hi, I have added payment method of Payoneer but when i try to withdraw money then it says that the method is still pending. Why is it so? Please approve it as soon as possible so that i can withdraw my money as i am going short of money.

  Please up-grade my payoneer account with you from "pending" to "appeoved".

  I need to use it ASAP, even with small sums.
