Escrow money is pending

Hi!

I raiseed invoice for work after it was done and buyer paid for the invoice. On last Thuesday PPH said:

"These funds will shortly be deposited in your PPH Account. Typically this happens within hours but on very rare occasions this can take up to 3 working days."

But transfer is still pending. What is wrong?
