10% refund fee problem

Hello,

 

I have placed order for €85.00 and the seller didnt provide me the link as promised so she refunded me. but I dont know why you guys has detucted €8.50??

It is not my fault, so please give me back the fee you detucted €8.50

Waiting for the remaining payment refund
