    Continue to try and reach him. When you feel it's been too long, send him an invoice for the work you have done. If it is less than the amount in the escrow I believe after a certain amount of days (15 days) if the client has not responded it will automatically complete the invoic. You will get the money you invoiced. For any money left over, just leave it in the escrow, stop communicating with him and the same will happen with that, after a certain amount of time it will be auto refunded back to him (not sure what that will do to your rep though).
