Confusing with refund pending and a new proposal
Someone bought an hourlie from me today, but they should have bought an add on, so I sent them a new proposal for the correct amount(which they accepted) and sent them a refund for the amount that was already paid.
The problem is, I've finished the job they asked, but I can't raise an invoice to complete the job on PPH because the refund is pending. The job timer finishes tomorrow. What can I do?
