Account deactivated, have to deliver work

My account has been deactivated, I have to deliver work t my client and it is not working now. I have 150$ in escrow. This must be an error please resolve this.

  I have complete customer work but not deliver to my client and it is working now. I have 60$ in escrow. this must be an error please resolve it.
