I want to update my Name

Hello Sir/ Madam I'm piyush at a time of registration i used my name Jain Piyush which i want to update now to Piyush Chandaliya. please help me to do this as i'm having paypal and bank account with the name "Piyush Chandaliya".

This is the reason why i'm not able to withdraw my money. Please update it for me so that i can get paypal approval from you guys.
