difference between Invoice amount and payment amount

Why is the invoice amount not equal to bank payments?   And where do you show your charges as they are not on the freelancer's invoice.

what is the amount that I need to create my invoice with?

  Please note that once the invoice is processed, you will be charged the PPH service fee. You can download the invoice for the PPH service fee from your transactions page. You can show that invoice to your accountant.
