    I have had this problem for years, so much so I stopped using People Per Hour.

    I hoped the problem may have been resolved by now, but evidently not. Our accountant is not happy again so I will have to stop using People Per Hour again.

    Your invoices don't match my payments, I am paying for example INVOICE #1541710-3 I paid £70.00 but you have taken £77.60 out of my account, this is fraud taking more than the invoice amount and agreed, payment on screen. Need an immediate answer to this, as my accountant is saying it's unacceptable?

     

    Where is the answer to the question above, and why is it so hard to get hold of anybody in this company!

    I agree. How can a company issue an invoice for one amount but take another amount.  Doesn't seem to be away of getting this resolved

    Isn't it that 'the company' aren't issuing invoices as such - the freelancer generates them. Then there is the commission payable which is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions?
