    For future reference- In my case this was caused by my credit card company denying authorization for payment because it was an international purchase. It worked after I called the credit card company.

    Am trying to select Accept a proposal from seller but am redirected to a payment page. Payment is not due until the proposal is accepted and job completed and after an invoice has been raised. Can you help me?  I really need to accept this job.  Any thanks.
