warning about "late" response time even though the conversation has ended.
Hello, I keep getting a notification that I should set myself to "late" to avoid severely affecting my rankings. This is quite annoying as I reply immediately to people but certain conversations don't need a response, they may have just sent "thanks" or ended the conversation.
Also one of my clients doesn't like communicating on here and as I refuse to work outside of the platform I'm forced to reply to him. His last message heavily insinuated he was getting very annoyed with the messaging on this platform and if I had replied it would have seriously annoyed him. So I didn't reply and waited a day to do so but got that warning message again.
How should I deal with this? My average response time is now "less than 2 days" as these kind of situations have really affected it which is a shame.
