Payment not received yet and Payoneer Account not verified yet

I am facing two issues currently.

1. I have had requested a withdrawal to my bank account a few days ago. But unfortunately I have not received my money yet. It was my first withdrawal.

Payment was released to my bank account. But I have not got it yet.

I would much appreciate, if you give me the transaction ID of your deposit slip, so that I can track the status of the transaction with my respective bank.

2. Secondly, I have also added a new payoneer account a few days ago. It has not been verified yet. Please verify it.

I would much appreciate if you do all this as soon as possible.
