Still getting job notifications when I've opted out

Hi,

A couple of days ago, I unticked all my job notification settings (N.B. I hadn't intentionally ticked them in the first place, as I'm not looking for PPH work right now). However, I still got a job notification email this morning. Could you please explain this and tell me how it can be stopped?
