WEBSITE DEVELOPER DID NOT COMPLETE ALL WORK AND WAS PAID

 He completed the initial job which I paid him for, with the promise that he would fix the bugs it had caused. He has not fixed any of them, has promised to refund me and now does not reply to messages meaning I'm left out of pocket and with a broken site.
